Shipping policy
Upon completing your order of Shimmer Seltzer, you can expect to receive an email confirmation and receipt of your order. If you do not receive a confirmation email and/or a tracking code, you can email us at info@shimmerwood.com. Current laws and regulations surrounding CBD infused food/beverages are managed on a state-by-state basis, meaning that Shimmerwood Beverages can only ship to states that explicitly allow the sale of CBD infused food/beverages and Shimmerwood Beverages has the proper licenses to sell in that state. We are constantly working towards shipping our product to more states while abiding to all laws and regulations. For more info, head to our FAQ.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer shipping outside of the United States.
Package Protection
Shimmerwood Beverages offers shipping protection through Recura. Recura ensures protection of customer's shipment in case of lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
